Mountain Gorilla Tracking

Upon arrival in Nairobi be met and driven to a nearby hotel for one night in preparation for the flight to Rwanda the next day.  Arriving in Kigali Airport, your guide will drive you to Volcanoes National Park where you will stay in an eco-friendly luxury lodge in a private banda with stunning views of Volcanoes National Park.  There are seven habituated families of gorillas at present.  Gorilla tracking is the prime reason for visiting the area.  Apart from gorilla tracking, you can track golden monkeys, visit the Dian Fossey memorial or go for a stroll around the picturesque villages below the lodge down to the lakes.
